Teachable is not accepting my payment method.
If you are having difficulty purchasing a course with your payment method, try using another one. Teachable accepts all major international credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard) and PayPal. If you are still having difficulty, you may want to contact your bank, as they may be putting a hold on your purchase if it seems like a fraudulent charge. If you don’t make online purchases often, this may be the case.
I am having trouble logging in to teachable.
If you can’t log in to teachable, first check to see that your email is spelled correctly and that you have accurately input your password (case sensitive, spelling, no spaces, etc.). You can also reset your password by selecting “Forgot Password?” from the Login page and follow the instructions. You can also check to make sure that you have not created multiple accounts using different email addresses and are attempting to login with the wrong email/password combination.
I am having trouble enrolling in the course.
If you are having trouble enrolling in a course, it could be because you have already enrolled and login information already exists. You may see a notification that the email you are attempting to use already exists, indicating you have previously enrolled. If you are taking advantage of a coupon code during the enrollment process, make sure the code is entered correctly (spelling, no spaces, etc.). If you are having difficulty completing your purchase, see the related question below.
Why can’t I hear sound in the videos and/or audio interviews?
If the videos or interviews are playing, but you can’t hear anything, your sound may be turned off on your computer or on the actual video/interview. Go to your computer controls and click on the speaker to see if there is an “X” indicating that you have muted your system volume, or check for an “X” on the speaker symbol in the video/interview control bar indicating you have muted the video/interview itself. In addition, your system volume may simply be too low (but not muted) to be audible.
